Hi! I am Sari Dana, and I'm on a journey of healing that dives deep into the world of body positivity, intuitive eating, and empowerment. My personal experiences have revealed something extraordinary – this life changing, freeing, confident process is within reach and it's something I am dedicated to teaching others. For the past three decades, I've poured my heart into educating our community on the pillars of health, fitness, happiness, and overall wellness within classrooms, events, private clients and group courses.
As the author of the inspiring book, Body Positive - The Journey and the creator of the enlightening and supportive membership program Body Positive- The Journey , zenSari's Live Online Community, my commitment to holistic well-being of mind, body and spirit is unwavering. I currently conduct a weekly Brain Health class at Flatbush High School about the extraordinary power of our thoughts leading to calm, less stressed and positive students. In addition I teach series of Body Positivity in the SAFE classroom for the The Mindful Eating Project in our community schools, thriving support groups, event leader and energtic transforamtive intenSati classes. As a trail blazing Body Positive leader, I'm not just on a mission—I'm on a true wellness revolution that threads a healthy food relationship, positive body image and an empowered self.
